All freemasons, being members of recognised Craft Lodges at home and abroad, are most welcome to come along as visitors to our historic Masonic Lodge.
You have the choice of dining with us or just attending our meetings.

Our Lodge meets 10 times a year at The Allerton, Alwoodley, Leeds, on the last Wednesday of each month.
Our next installation is the 31st of January 2024.

Philanthropic Lodge is one of the oldest lodges in the Leeds.
It was founded on the 25th of August 1794  
The Lodge celebrated it's Centenary on the 25th of August 1894,
and its Bicentenary on the 20th of August 1994.

We are located in Alwoodley, Leeds, Yorkshire which is
The Province consists of over 200 Lodges and 80 Chapters with in excess
of 7,000 members who meet in Masonic Centres throughout the Province.
One of 47 provinces of the United Grand Lodge of England (UGLE)
which is the governing body of Freemasonry in England,
Wales and the Channel Islands.
